This week: 186.0
Loss of : 1.5 (.53%)
Not too shabby but could be tons better. So this week I have a goal of a 2 lb loss. I plan on more exercise and continuing on the healthy fuels for the body.
I love seeing the scale go down! So and steady wins the race! :) But I have to say when I step on the scale at the end of the day, you know "just to see", and it is hardly a gain from the morning, that is something great! LOL! I don't do it often but I love seeing the scale stay out of the 190's! And I can't wait to see a 179! It's not too far away!!!

Trisha, I think this weeks challenges is to just set personal goals and go for it! Yours is staying healthy on your vacation and mine is a 2 lb loss. Ampin it up!!! I know you can do it!!! Have fun on vacation!

Welcome to our blog! We are a bio-mom (Stephanie) and step-mom (Trisha) who have put our differences aside and are going to join forces and lose the weight we have been struggling with for some time. We have a competitive streak between us, and we are going to turn it around to positive energy and benefit ourselves and our family.
