So the scale only went to 187.5 that is down 1.3 from last week. (.69%) I wasn't really expecting too much but a little is better than none!
My water intake is great! I haven't had to use chapstick in a long time, so I think that is a good sign! Doing the challenge last week was hard. I think accepting that I was feeling icky and allowing myself to rest was good for me and not something I tend to do. Still no processed foods, well I did have a glass of wine but it was made locally???
I mentioned over at my other blog that I am glad for a new slate. A fresh start. Weigh in Mondays are great because then the rest of the week is new and exciting! We can learn from our mistakes or our milestones reached and continue on. Today I am taking care of me...

Welcome to our blog! We are a bio-mom (Stephanie) and step-mom (Trisha) who have put our differences aside and are going to join forces and lose the weight we have been struggling with for some time. We have a competitive streak between us, and we are going to turn it around to positive energy and benefit ourselves and our family.
