I am so excited to start this challenge with Trisha! Total motivation! Whoot whoot!
So I weighed in Monday at 194.4 and I did measurements:
chest - 42
hips - 47
waist - 38
My first goal is to get into my pre-pregnancy jeans. I can get them to my thighs but they seem to stop there! And I thought I was fat then! Holy smokes! I was crazy! I just didn't know how good I looked then, now i know!
I am going to go at this 5 pounds at a time and inch by inch. I have learned to set small attainable goals that I can reach easily to keep the momentum going.
I have also been keeping a food log becaues I am a snacker. Maybe if I right down what I eat, I won't eat as horribly as I have? We shall see. I am trying to stay under 1400 calories for now and will bump that down if need be. Yesterday, I did it! Today is looking good so far!
I can't believe I am going to say this, but I can't wait for Monday to weigh in!! :) Game on!

Welcome to our blog! We are a bio-mom (Stephanie) and step-mom (Trisha) who have put our differences aside and are going to join forces and lose the weight we have been struggling with for some time. We have a competitive streak between us, and we are going to turn it around to positive energy and benefit ourselves and our family.
