I did it! 101oz of water! I did the extra for good measure! LOL! I could have done more but I stopped after dinner. I didn't want to be up all night going potty, but I ended up getting up anyways because Thursday nights seem to be the nights my baby wakes up multiple times. Sleeps good all the other nights of the week, just Thursday's are our rough nights. But when I get up with him, as I warm a bottle, I get a drink of water.
This morning I could run a coffee IV. But I am drinking water instead. Since I have been up since 3:30am, I have had my quota of java (2 cups, black) and switched to water.
So Trisha and I have decided to have a weekend challenge. We are going to do at least 30 minutes of "intentional" exercise for Saturday and Sunday. We have to actually get out there and do something physical, not housework or gardening, etc. If we are going to make our goals, we have to really rock the exercise and move, move, move!! Burn those extra calories and lose those excess pounds! I will be going to a wedding and then to Wenatchee, so I will have to really work at finding my time, but because of my competitive nature... I WILL DO IT! :)

The Challenge...
Welcome to our blog! We are a bio-mom (Stephanie) and step-mom (Trisha) who have put our differences aside and are going to join forces and lose the weight we have been struggling with for some time. We have a competitive streak between us, and we are going to turn it around to positive energy and benefit ourselves and our family.
